不可抗力事件

• If one party has been prevented from preventing its responsibilities stipulated in the contract because of an event of force majeure , it shall notify the other party in writing within fifteen ( 15 ) days after the occurrence of such event of force majeure , and both parties shall use reasonable endeavors to mitigate damages , to the extent possible
  若一方由于不可抗力事件无法履行本合同所规定的义务，应在该不可抗力事件发生后十五（ 15 ）天内，以书面形式通知另一方，且双方均应采取合理措施尽量减少损害。
