Therefore , a lot of researches on documents were carried through , research status and methods in this field were analyzed , from the point of view of anatomical structure of lower extremity and injury biomechanics , injury type , injury mechanism and corresponding injury criterion of leg were researched 为此,本文进行了大量的文献研究工作,分析了国内外在该领域的研究现状及采用的研究方法等,并从人体下肢解剖结构及损伤生物力学角度,研究了下肢损伤形式、损伤机理及相应的损伤评价标准。
The simulation result showed that : variety of impact acceleration field has great influence on lower extremity injuries ; using safety belt has prominent efficiency to reduce lower extremity injuries ; using knee bolster with lower stiffness can reduce the loads to femur , knee and tibia ; the right foot placed on the brake pedal will increase the risk of foot injury evidently ; variety of footwell intrusion induced by impact deform of car forepart will influence lower extremity injuries severity to a certain degree 仿真结果表明:加速度场的改变对下肢损伤有非常大的影响;佩戴安全带对降低下肢损伤风险有显著的作用;膝垫采用较低刚度的材料可以较好地降低大腿,膝部以及胫骨的受力和损伤;右脚放在刹车踏板上会使得右脚损伤风险明显加大;车体前部碰撞变形产生的脚舱侵入量对人体下肢的损伤会产生一定的影响。
