  本文针对变压器冷却系统使用常规控制系统存在的系统控制回路复杂、可靠性低、风机的保护方式简单而无法进行故障预测、主变压器油温测量精度低造成控制误差大、故障率高、维护工作量大、无法实现远程通讯等问题，经过多方面的技术分析和调研，设计开发了新型的以微处理器为核心的智能式电力变压器风冷却器控制系统。
• The suitable oil flux during the circulating of transformer could be defined according to the difference of temperature between the oil and wind in the inlet and the cooling capacity of the wind cooling system ; besides the oil flux can be determined by ultrasonic , it can be estimated whether the oil is flowing equably by determining the oil flux in the branch pipes ; reducing the oil flux of the oil pump could be realized by controlling to change its frequency , which could not only save the energy , reduce the wastage , but benefit the transformer ' s circulating safely
  变压器运行中可根据进口油温和进口风温之差、风冷却器的冷却容量来确定合适的油流量；油流量可以通过超声波法进行测量，测量油的分管流量还可判断油流的均匀情况；降低潜油泵流量可通过潜油泵的变频控制来实现，不仅节能降耗，对变压器的安全运行也有着重要意义。
