    本论文以制备和研究新型高分子导电纳米复合材料为目的,以聚乙烯( pe )为基体,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯( gpe )为插层剂,膨胀石墨( eg )为导电填料,采用溶液插层( si )法、直接熔体混合( dmm )法和两者相结合的熔体母料混合( mmm )法制备了gpe eg 、 pe gpe eg导电复合材料,通过电导率和力学性能测试,运用tem 、 sem 、 om 、 xrd和dsc等手段,研究了制备方法、材料组成、形态结构和导电性能及力学性能之间的关系,得到以下未见国内外文献报道的研究结果: 1采用si法成功制备了gpe eg导电纳米复合材料,其导电逾渗阀值( _ c )为1 . 59vol ,远低于dmm法制得gpe eg常规复合材料的_ c ( 3 . 13vol ) 。
