  本文主要进行了以下几方面的工作： 1 、材料消耗定额制订方法的研究2 、建立数据信息流程模型、系统的工作原理的分析和介绍3 、计算机辅助材料定额系统结构的研究开发与系统功能实现的研究4 、在工艺数字化系统中材料消耗定额与其他生产管理环节和系统的关系(包括人机接口、 capp系统接口、工艺行程辅助编制系统接口及其它系统接口)的研究5 、软件设计方法和系统数据库设计和结构实现的研究系统可以实现零部件主要材料和车间辅助材料消耗定额的计算机辅助编制、修订，修改通知单辅助生成。定额明细表浏览审批并提供定额制订基础数据维护管理功能，按要求打印输出各种定额明细表和分类汇总表。
