• This thesis is divided into four parts to analyze and expatiate the construction of quality management system : * analyze the urgency , necessity and general requirement of establishing quality management system ; * refer to iso9000 & cmm , indicate the objective and essentials of building a quality management system basing on the state of chinese software industry ; * design a framework of quality management system suitable for software companies , consist of the organization hierarchy , the document system , the mechanism of process improvement via knowledge management and the software supporting system , focus on its learning and evolution mechanism
