• An import carrier shall retain possession of the transhipment cargo of odmre upon its import until he has received a transhipment notification in respect of the goods endorsed by the licence office
  进口承运人须维持管有作为转运货物而进口的光碟制作设备，直至收到由牌照办事处就该物品批署的转运通知书为止。

  如转运通知书的批署于该通知书所关乎作为转运货物的光碟制作设备进口或出口之前已停止有效，则须另行申请进口许可证或出口许可证（视属何情况而定） ，以进口或出口有关货物。
