  本文首先利用1978年至2003年的有关数据对我国经济增长与名义就业的关系作了分析:根据有关计量经济学理论,对数据作了平稳性检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果检验,用建立回归模型的方法测算出名义就业弹性,并对检验结果和就业弹性测算结果作了原因解析,认为我国的经济增长不是名义就业增长的格兰杰原因,即我国的经济增长没有促进名义就业的增长,我国的名义就业弹性自1990年以来呈下降趋势,其原因除了技术进步、产业结构失衡、体制转轨和利率政策外,还有由于统计的原因使得真实的就业增长被低估。
