  本文研究了大速比摩擦传动的传动理论;设计了新型椭圆凸轮波发生器,设计制作了大速比摩擦传动样机;用软件ansys对所设计的椭圆凸轮结构进行了有限元分析;用19位绝对式编码器测试了大速比摩擦传动机构的传动精度、最小步距、最小步距的稳定性以及带负载能力等各项精度指标;对测量数据和研究内容进行了归纳和整理,认为新型椭圆凸轮波发生器克服了加工误差带来的诸多问题,新型椭圆凸轮波发生器可以进行尺寸精度调整,能够达到输入力矩以纯力偶的形式输入;通过本项研究,基本可以使“大速比摩擦传动机构”在工程中得以应用。
