  以某种汽车组合式变速器为研究对象，首先运用继承了参数化建模思想的pro engineer软件建立各零件的三维模型，并根据装配特征建立了各档位的装配体三维模型，同时也为后续的结构有限元分析和多体系统动力学分析提供三维模型；其次，采用结构有限元分析软件ansys对关键零部件(如副箱体)进行模态分析和瞬态动力学有限元分析；再次，以组合式变速器的实际连接方式为基础，运用多体系统动力学仿真分析软件adams建立了各档位的多刚体动力学模型和刚柔耦合多体动力学模型，研究各模型的动力响应特性并进行对比；最后，针对副箱体的有限元分析结果，提出了改进设计方案和更先进的结构优化设计方法。
