  当有人从外面跨过库区边界进入油库区时，泄露电缆检测到信号并报警，计算机接到报警信号后，立即控制摄像机对准报警地段进行摄像(即图像采集) ，并进行运动目标的检测与识别，当检测到运动目标后，就进入自动跟踪状态，由计算机根据目标的运动方向，自动控制摄像机的转动，将运动目标锁定在视野中进行自动跟踪。
