  作者独立完成的工作包括： ( 1 )对车轮轮廓的激光曲线图象进行处理； ( 2 )建立了左、右ccd摄像机的实际摄像模型，推导出图象坐标到物方实际坐标的变换关系； ( 3 )研究了几种曲线拼接方法； ( 4 )通过实验，应用曲线拼接方法确定轮廓曲线的形状，最终算出反映车轮磨损的重要参数。
