• Based on the kinematical theory of mbs ( multi - body system ) , the focus on this paper is how to implement grinding machine tool application of geometric error compensation and reduce the effect of the geometric error for enhance the accuracy of sk - 21 nc grinding machine tool
  本课题以多体系统运动学理论为基础,将软件误差补偿技术与凸轮加工这个特定的问题相结合,以sk - 21数控凸轮磨床为研究和实验对象展开工作,目的在于如何减小几何误差的影响,从而提高凸轮的制造精度。
• With the experiment part , the errors of sk - 21 nc machine tool have been measured , and a serial of data is gotten which lead to the error discrimination . ( 3 ) based on the kinematical theory of mbs , the calculation methods for the ideal center envelop curve of grinding wheel on cam grinding , the practical cutter track , inverse contour of cam , ideal nc instructions , precision nc instructions , the inner / outer normal and the fitting criterion of curve have been all discussed in detail in this paper

• The error compensation software for cam precision grinding has been developed , and results show that the cam grinding accuracy can be ensured and the productive can be improved . ( 1 ) by using the method of movement error analysis of mbs , the geometric error model of sk - 21 nc machine tool has been established , and the calculation equation for precision processing of nc machine tool has been derived , which lays a good foundation of programming the error compensation software
  基于该磨床目前的状态和已有的研究成果,本课题展开了以下主要研究工作: ( 1 )以多体系统运动学理论为基础,建立精确的sk - 21数控凸轮磨床运动模型,全面考虑各项结构误差和运动误差对加工精度的影响,推导出精密加工约束条件方程,揭示机床实精密加工的实质。
