If that s what the master chooses to do . in fact all the disciples , at the time of initiation , all the karma in the past has to be erased . i just only leave you the present karma , so we can go on to continue with this life , otherwise we die immediately 答：如果那位明师愿意的话，他可以消除任何人的业障，事实上在印心时，所有徒弟过去的业障都消除了，师父只有留下你们这一世的业障，这样你们才能继续活下去，否则你们会马上往生，因为没有业障就无法活在这个世界。
The other is the fixed karma for this lifetime ; the master leaves it with us after initiation in so that we can continue with this life . master emphasized that fixed karma can be lubricated , made smoother or lighter , or minimized , although it cannot be completely erased , because the karma of this life is the reason we continue to live 另一种是这一世的定业，印心后师父将它留下来，这样我们才能继续活下去，因为定业是我们能留在这一世生存的理由，虽然我们不能完全消除定业，但我们可以润滑它，让它平顺一点缩短或减轻些。
