The parties declare that the provisions of this contract reflect the results of their commercial negotiations conducted in good faith and that none of the provisions hereof constitutes the standard terms of either party 本合同双方确认本合同的条款体现双方本着诚信原则谈判的结果，本合同的条款不构成任一方的标准条款。
During the construction , if contractor need to increase or decrease or modify the project , which should be granted by client , so that it can execute alteration after getting the complementation agreement in written under both discussion 施工期间承包人如要增减或修改本工程，须征得发包人同意，并由本合同双方协商达成书面补充协议后，方能进行改建。
" force majeure " shall mean all events which are beyond the control of the parties to this contract , and which are unforeseen , unavoidable or insurmountable , and which prevent total or partial performance by either of the parties “不可抗力”指超出本合同双方控制范围、无法预见、无法避免或无法克服、使得本合同一方部分或者完全不能履行本合同的事件。
