On the basis of discussing the problem , this paper proposes the systematic conception of city science and technology innovation incubation system , establishes the theory framework of city science and technology innovation incubation system , and analyzes the incubation chain , the intension and the structure 在对这一问题进行剖析的基础上，以科技创新孵育链条为切入点，提出“城市科技创新孵育体系”的系统构想，建立了城市科技创新孵育体系的理论框架，对其孵育链条、内涵、构成要素等进行了分析。
It was found that plc activity was stimulated by both exogenous purified calmodulin and heterotrimeric g protein agonist cholera toxin . while , the stimulated effect on plc activity caused by exogenous calmodulin was inhibited by heterotrimeric g protein antagonist pertussis toxin , and plc antagonist u - 73122 inhibited the effect caused by cholera toxin . we also measure the free ca ~ ( 2 + ) level in germinating pollen grains , and found that exogenous purified calmodulin was able to increase the free ca ~ ( 2 + ) level , and their effects on ca ~ ( 2 + ) level were inhibited by u - 73122 实验中，利用[ ~ 3h ] pip _ 2和花粉原生质体共同孵育的体系，检测出了百合花粉细胞具有依赖pip _ 2的plc活性；利用该体系还检测出外源钙调素可促进plc的活性，其中10 ~ ( - 9 ) m的钙调素可使plc的活性提高三倍；异三聚体g蛋白的激活剂ctx可以激活plc的活性，而其抑制剂ptx可明显抑制plc活性；外源钙调素的这种作用可以被ptx抑制；而plc抑制剂u - 73122抑制ctx对plc的激活效应。
During the development of liver in alligator sinensis embryos , ss - ir cells appeared in a few of sinusoid endothelial cells on 8th day . 5 - ht - ir blood cells and tgf p 1 - ir blood cells were found in vein vessel from 30 - 55th day . egf - ir cells and sp - ir cells appeared in the outer membrane of liver from 40 - 55th day 扬子鳄胚胎肝脏中，生长抑素免疫阳性细胞出现于孵育第8天肝血窦内皮细胞间；孵育第30 ? 55天，静脉血管中发现5 ?羟色胺阳性血细胞和tgf 1阳性血细胞；表皮生长因子阳性细胞和p物质阳性细胞仅在第40 ? 55天出现于肝脏外被膜；甲胎蛋白免疫阳性细胞在第55天出现于肝脏外被膜及靠近外被膜的血管内皮。
