On the basis of a lager deal of information concerning punishment , this article falls into three parts to analyze the problem of punishment in preliminary and middle school , from representative theory of punishment . the first part sums up three kinds of representative theory of punishment , analyzes the viewpoint of its meanings and the meaning of punishment in the educational , makes a reasonable defense for its existing as a social phenomenon by discussing its original meaning and points out its possibility and necessity in educational field ; the second part points out the special points of carrying out punishment in educational field by the special points of the purpose of punishment and its way and its analysis from the main body of carrying out punishment ; the third part makes a deep discussion of the principles of punishment on the basis of the first two parts 本文在查阅大量与惩罚相关资料基础上，以惩罚的几种代表性理论为着眼点，分三个部分对中小学惩罚问题进行分析：第一部分，通过概述三种有代表性的惩罚理论，探讨惩罚应有的意蕴和教育中惩罚的含义，对惩罚作为一种社会现象得以存在的理由进行合理性辩护，进而指出了教育领域中惩罚存在的必要和可能性；第二部分，通过教育中实施惩罚的目的的特殊性和手段的特殊性以及实施惩罚的主体分析，阐述了教育领域中实施惩罚的特殊性；第三部分，在对前两部分阐释的基础上深入探讨了惩罚原则与策略。
