• In case of failure to submit quarterly income tax return and the relevant supporting documents to tax authorities within the prescribed time limit , punishment shall be inflicted in accordance with the provisions of article 23 of the tax law
  未按规定期限向税务机关报送季度所得税申报表及其他有关说明材料的，依照税法第二十三条的规定，予以处罚。
• Article 65 when the bearer cannot provide proof of refusal to accept or pay the bill or a statement noting reasons for non - payment or any other lawful proof within the prescribed period ， he shall lose the right of recourse against his prior parties

• If a drawing or shipment by instalments within given periods is stipulated in the credit and any instalment is not drawn or shipped within the period allowed for that instalment , the credit ceases to be available for that and any subsequent instalment
  如信用证规定在指定的时间段内分期支款或分期发运，任何一期未按信用证规定期限支款或发运时，信用证对该期及以后各期均告失效。
• In cases where the bearer has not presented the bill for payment within the prescribed period as stipulated in the preceding paragraph ， the person accepting the bill or the payer shall remain liable for the payment of the bill after the bearer has explained the situation
