This work puts forward different kinds of testing methods for different models of the charge pump phase - locked loop and strongly describes how to combine the various tests into a unified strategy - all - digital dft ( design - for - test ) testing analysis for charge pump phase - locked loop 摘要以电荷泵锁相环为对象，提出了针对电荷泵锁相环各个模块的不同测试方法，著重论述了如何在一个完整的测试方案中把不同的测试方法结合起来即采用电荷泵锁相环的全数字可测试性设计( dft )法。

Through the research of the frontal two models , we present a new macroscopical testability model ( m model ) used in system test phase . by the intuitionistic conception , we define the testability metric with the ratio of ease faults to the total faults and predict the total faults in s curve . this paper also gives a limit model of test process , with which we can know how to calculate the reliability of software 在前面两个模型的基础上,本文提出了一个应用于系统测试阶段的可测试性模型? ?宏观可测试性模型,该模型使用可测试性的直观定义,把可测试度定义为软件测试过程中容易发现的错误数占错误总数的比例,并使用增长曲线模型对软件中存在的错误总数进行了预测。
