The fractured surface morphology of the cermets were observed by a scanning electron microscope ( sem ) . results showed that the ysz - ni - cr and ysz - ni - v cermets had a better wettability than the ysz - ni cermet while the wettability of ysz - ni - mo cermet was worse . the grain sizes of the ysz - ni - based cermets sintered by hot - pressing technique were about 0 . 3 rn with a homogeneous microstructure and uniform distribution 用sem观察了所制备的ysz - ni系列金属陶瓷的断面形貌,结果表明:金属cr和v的引入对金属相和ysz基体的润湿起到了改善的作用,而引入金属mo对ysz一ni的润湿性没有起到改善作用;热压烧结后ysz一ni系列金属陶瓷的晶粒大小和分布十分均匀,晶界清晰,粒度在0 . 3卜m左右。
