  本文首次提出并设计了一种新结构的硅基无源环形波导式谐振腔，该设计与微机械技术相结合利用集成反射镜实现光波导直角转弯，摆脱了以前的波导式环形谐振腔中必需包含的弯曲波导，易于光学集成；同时该结构具有谐振腔越小损耗就越小的特点，有很好的微型化前景，很适合应用于谐振式微光陀螺( rmog )领域。
