Two aspects of research were performed on two varieties of indica rice ( oryza sativa l . ) pei ' ai64s ( pa64s ) and 9311 which were employed extensively as outstanding selectable parents of current super hybrid in this article . the main results were as follows : optimization of regeneration system suitable for genetic transformation of predominant indica rice several factors affecting indica rice pei ' ai64s and 9311callus induction , subculture , bud differentiation and plant regeneration were investigated with mature embryos as explants 本文以当前培育超级杂交稻正在广泛使用的两个优势亲本培矮64s和9311作为主要研究对象，对影响其成熟胚来源的愈伤组织诱导、分化和植株再生条件进行了优化；对影响农杆菌转化上述籼稻的条件进行了探索和优化；建立了高频的离体再生系统和比较高效的遗传转化方法。
