For cutting the composite lock gear with unequal tooth thickness , a study is made on the design method of gear sharper cutter with nonstandard parameter involute tooth profile and noninvolute tooth profile . the cutter tooth arrangement , the choice of teeth number of the cutter and the basic method of cutter design are discussed ; and a new method of choosing deflection factor by using limited area is presented . and the curve of relationship between rear angle on tooth crest and helical angle on tooth side of the cutter is given so as to give a basis for the gear sharper cutter to choose its parameters . to design nonstandard gear sharper cutter by adopting the method mentioned above will simplify the calculation and will increase the efficiency of design 研究加工不等齿厚的非标准参数渐开线齿形，与非渐开线齿形复合的锁闭齿轮插齿刀刀齿的排列、刀具齿数的选择以及刀具设计的基本方法，介绍用限制区域选择插齿刀变位系数的新方法，并给出刀具齿顶后角与侧螺旋角的关系曲线，为插齿刀参数的选择提供依据.结果表明，采用上述方法设计非标准复合齿轮插齿刀，可简化计算和提高设计效率
In this paper , a safe , reliable , and intellectual control plan is provided aiming at the heat charge for dwelling district , which contains epigynous machine responsible for data processing and hypogynous mahcine responsible for unlocking the valve , by means of serial communication between them , combining homemade three - channel valve , to adminstrate the charge data and the valve efficiently . the main idea is based on the homemade three - channel valve . the vavle is locked at peacetime , while it is opened with the help of open tool and a water flow in the caliduct . as soon as the flow stops , the valve locks automatically . the open tool has data in its memory , and implement function by lcd and keyborad . so it can identify data and drive motor , to open the valve intellectually . the epigynous machine database manage system administrator the dweller information , standard heat charge and payment infomation etc , including store , configure , query , print etc , then store in the memory of open tool . as a result , the plan can do well in the experiment 此阀平时是锁闭的，只有用开启器配以暖气片中的水流才可打开，一旦水流断开，则此阀会自会锁闭。而开启器则是根据其存储器中的数据配以液晶显示及小键盘，完成数据确认及电机驱动，自动对相应用户的三通阀打开特定角度，完成开启任务。上位机数据库管理系统完成对用户信息、热费标准、缴费信息等原始数据的常规管理，包括存储、设置、查询、打印等,最后将处理后的数据传到开启器中存储。
