The correlations between the arsenate uptake ability of fe - oxyhydroxide - montmorillonite complexes and the duration of adsorption , initial concentration of arsenate , ion strength of the solution , acidity and temperature of environment are investigated and compared to the adsorption of arsenate on to montmorillonite and fe oxyhydroxide . results stow that fe - oxyhydroxide - montmorillonite complexes have a strong affinity for arsenate species under experimental conditions , which is supposed to influence the behavior of arsenate in soil 结果表明，蒙脱石复合体对砷酸根离子的吸附能力虽然略弱于水合氧化铁，但却明显强于原钙蒙脱石；吸附时间和砷初始浓度是影响复合体砷吸附量的主要因素；对于陈放时间不同的复合体来说，随着复合体中铁含量的增加，其对砷的吸附率及吸附容量均增大。
