Based on the analysis of the concept of capital general and the circulation of capital , this paper elaborates that to compete and control the rule and the standard is inevitably caused by capital breeding and the standard war is the inevitable logical result of the capital general in the new economic society under the economic globalization and the network condition 摘要通过对资本一般概念的分析，结合资本一般的运动功能论述，认为在经济全球化和网络条件下，资本增值属性必然导致对规则和标准的争夺与控制，标准战是资本一般在新的经济社会形态下发展的必然逻辑结果。

Based on the author ’ s participation of the construction of online training system for company a and development process of training centers in overseas enterprises , the study comes up with practical solutions to the problems facing the enterprises which are in urgent need for the construction of a training center 其中,为了保证跨地区企业员工培训的全员性、有效性、针对性,跨地区大型企业进行网上学习与网上培训,以及建设企业大学应运而生,或者说是非分明必然要求与逻辑结果。总结与借鉴国内外企业大学发展的经验,结合笔者工作实践,提出一个跨地区企业大学建设方案。
On the base of these principles and methods or the logical process , we provide some general policies of marketing channels for people in marketing practice to refer to . this dissertation has six sections . introductory introduces ces the background , objective , methods , theory bases and limit of research ; the first chapter is simple review on the theories and models ; the second chapter is the analysis of the basic aspects of marketing channels , including channels structure , channels " behaviors and the effect on the both , which comes from the computer information system ; the third chapter provides a mechanism of policies " choice of marketing channels ; the forth chapter provides some policies conclusions ; the final section simply criticizes this dissertation , including contributions , defects ect 本文分六部分共四章，导言部分介绍本文的研究背景、目的、方法、研究的理论基础及限制条件；第一章对现有的产品生命周期理论和模型进行简单回顾并作出一些评价；第二章对渠道结构、渠道行为及计算机信息系统对营销渠道结构和行为的影响等营销渠道的三个基本问题进行分析；第三章提出不同产品生命周期阶段营销渠道政策的选择机制，这个选择机制实质上也是消费者行为和竞争者行为在渠道选择中的一个均衡过程；第四章实际上是政策结论的部分，所提出的一般性渠道政策建议是渠道政策选择机制合理的逻辑结果；文章的最后一部分是笔者自己对文章所作的一些简要评价：包括文章的贡献、缺陷等，并指出在这一领域中未来的研究方向。
