进口申报

• If the motor vehicle is imported by a private individual for his own use and not for sale , registration as an importer is not required . however , the importer of the motor vehicle has to file an import return in prescribed form with the customs and excise department within 30 days of the importation of the motor vehicle
  倘汽车由个别人士进口自用，而非用作销售，则该人士毋须申请成为注册进口者。然而，进口该汽车的人士须于进口汽车30天内以规定的方式向海关提交进口申报表存档。
