贷款委员会

• To consider and approve the reports of the board of directors , the credit , supervisory , education committees and to consider the report of the registrar
  考虑及通过董事会、贷款委员会、监察委员会、教育委员会及注册官之报告。
• The credit committee may , by notice in writing to the members , demand payment of the loan with interest , if any , before the agreed date of repayment
  贷款委员会可能以书面要求该贷款人将其贷款及任何应付之利息，于到期前归还本社。
• If it deems it to be necessary in the interest of the credit union , suspend any director of the board or any member of the credit committee from the function of his office

• The supervisory committee consists of five members . all of whom are members of the credit union but none of whom are members of the board of directors or credit committee

• All applications for loans shall be on a printed form provided by the credit union , and shall set forth the purpose for which the loan is desired , the security if any offered , and such other information as may be required by the credit committee
  申请贷款申请贷款必须填写本社印备之表格， ?明贷款理由及贷款委员会可能要求填报之资料；如需抵押，则?明抵押方式。
• Subject to the policy laid down by the board of directors from time to time , the amount of each loan , the time for which it is granted , the terms of its repayment and the form and value of the security , if any , shall be determined by the credit committee
  第廿七条贷款政策贷款委员会议依照董事会所订贷款政策，得决定每项贷款金额、期限及还款办法；如需抵押，亦要决定抵押方式及其价值。
• Provided that where it is shown to the satisfaction of the credit committee , that a member for reasons beyond his control , was unable to give notice as required in section 29 prior to default on a loan , the credit committee may in their discretion proceed as if the requisite notice had been received
  ( 2 )社员如因特殊环境，未能依期还款，亦未依照本章第廿九条( 1 )项申请延期，贷款委员会如认为满意时，亦可考虑准予延期还款，一若已接受延期还款申请。
