Any terms of the contract which are different from the provisions of articles 119 , 120 and 121 of this law shall be expressly stated in the air waybill 任何与本法第一百一十九条、第一百二十条和第一百二十一条规定不同的合同条款，应当在航空货运单上载明。
If , at the request of the shipper , the carrier makes out the air waybill , he shall be deemed , subject to proof to the contrary , to have done so on behalf of the shipper 承运人根据托运人的请求填写航空货运单的，在没有相反证据的情况下，应当视为代托运人填写。
The failure of the shipper to produce the air waybill , or the irregularity or loss of the air waybill shall not affect the existence or validity of the contract of transport 托运人未能出示航空货运单、航空货运单不符合规定或者航空货运单遗失，不影响运输合同的存在或者有效。
