补救行动

• To empower the director of environmental protection ( dep ) to enter without warrant any places ( other than domestic premises and dwelling place on private land ) to remove the waste deposited illegally in cases where there is an imminent risk of serious environmental impact and immediate remedial actions are required
  （二）赋权环境保护署署长（环保署署长）在即将造成严重环境影响并须即时采取补救行动的危急情况下，无需手令便可进入任何地方（住宅或作居住用途的私人土地除外）清理废物。
