• The originality of the study lies mat : ( 1 ) gearing to the financial innovation , the evaluation indicator system combines single factor analysis , group evaluation with comprehensive evaluation , which improves the reliability . ( 2 ) the paper exams the situation of operation management of commercial banks from three aspects such as income , risk and management ( 3 ) with the methodology of positive analysis and qualitative analysis , some operative countermeasures are put forward .   本论文研究的主要内容包括：一是从商业银行经营管理的基本理论、资产负债管理模式、商业银行经营管理的基本目标及其目标之间协调平衡的模型、经营业绩衡量的基本框架等基本理论出发，考察商业银行经营管理及其评价问题的理论依据，商业银行经营管理理论的演变过程，从一定侧面反映出商业银行业务发展及经营重点的发展方向，从而为完善商业银行经营业绩及管理状况的分析评价奠定基础。
