• Methods : medical records of 52 patients with clinical stage one endometrial cancer diagnosed by pre - operative hysteroscopy in our hospital were reviewed in this retrospective study , informations about cytological test of abdominal peritoneal fluid , type of operation , post - operative surgical stage and follow - up were collected
