Abstract : this article has revealed the physical fitness status of our top young basketball player by administrating physical fitness test to 118 players from ten men and women basketball teams , who took part in the 1998 national youth basketball tournament . it has also made a comparative study between the physical fitness of the players and its " evaluation standard set up by chinese basketball management center . a constructive suggestion was advanced for the perfecting the test and evaluation standard 文摘:本文通过对参加1998年全国青年篮球联赛10支男、女篮球队、 118名运动员的体能测试，揭示了我国优秀青年篮球队运动员体能现状，并将体能现状与中国篮球管理中心制定的测试体能标准进行了对比，提出了进一步完善测试项目和及格标准的建设性探讨意见。
Based on the above reasons , the thesis utilizes the literature material method , the contrast analytic method , the demonstration analytic method and the logical analytic method to make a sharp contrast of chinese cba basketball league tournament and american nba basketball league tournament ( national basketball association , as follows called nba ) in the following aspects : the background , the operation mechanism ( entrusts agent mechanism ) , exterior policy , internal system and so on . moreover , the thesis also analyses the environment of cba ’ s generation and development , the main body of demand , then discovers some of the cba existing problems , and explores measures against these problems 基于上述原因,本文运用文献资料法、对比分析法、实证分析法和逻辑分析法对中国cba篮球联赛与美国nba篮球联赛( nationalbasketballassociation ,下文称nba )在产生背景、运营机制(委托代理机制) 、外部政策和内部制度等方面进行比较分析,并对cba产生和发展的环境、市场供求主体进行分析,进而发现cba存在的一些问题,并试探性提出一些建议。
