Therefore , ill people cant sleep well . and when they cant sleep well , their illness gets even worse because excessive toxic gas and undesirable thoughts accumulate in their bodies . even good thoughts , when accumulated in the body excessively , are too much 所以生病的人睡不好觉，睡不好觉又更有病，因为体内累积太多那种毒气和不好的思想就算是好的思想，积在身体里面太多，也会太满。
The fact that i am also slow made me afraid that i would miss the early morning group meditation sessions , therefore i was too nervous at night to sleep soundly . i woke up every half hour and hence felt very exhausted during the day . naturally , i was worried that i would waste the precious opportunity of the retreat by falling asleep during meditation 平常我会认床不易入睡，加上动作缓慢，深怕凌晨赶不及集合共修，所以夜里更紧张得睡不好，差不多每半个小时就会惊醒一次，因而感到疲累不堪整日精神不济，由于也会影响打坐时昏睡，浪费了打禅的宝贵机会，心中便觉焦急。
