This paper intented to analyze the current ways which determined the training intensity of explosive force from the aspect of biomechanics , meanwhile brought up the variable load way and the corresponding training pattern to provide reference for sports training 主要从生物力学角度，对当前几种确定爆发力训练强度的方法进行分析，并提出变负荷法以及由此导出的变负荷训练模式，以求为运动训练提供参考。
