When a help seeker asks the sbhk to help another person who is suicidally inclined , the sbhk will provide information as best it can and advise that other person to contact it . the sbhk will not disturb anyone who does not approach it direct , except when by reason of young age , infirmity or ill health , that person has to contact it through another person 如求助者要求该会协助其他有自杀倾向的人士时，该会会尽量提供资料，并建议当事人与该会接触。对于不直接求助的人士，该会概不加以干扰，除非当事人因过于年幼、老迈或身体不适，要由他人代为联络，则该会会尝试接触当事人。
