  摘要本文在系统总结现有资料的基础上，运用板块构造理论和现代造山带研究方法，通过野外工作，指出襄樊~广济断裂（带）是由多条不同时期断裂组成的复合断裂带，它包括早期（印支~燕山期）由北向南的逆冲构造和晚期（喜马拉雅期）由南向北的逆冲推构造。
