Several numerical examples of structural parameter estimation , structural damage identification , dam parameter inversion and geotechnical engineering were demonstrated that the proposed method had the good numerical steadiness and robustness to resist the data error with the condition of the incomplete and noisy measurement 使用部分特征结构分配法对结构参数估计、结构损伤识别、大坝分区弹模反演问题进行数值模拟，结果表明本文方法在观测不完整及数据误差条件下具有较好的数值稳定性和鲁棒性。
