In this paper , the author , firstly , introduces the principal ground of the qos and the model of policy - control qos ; secondly , author put forwards the principal ground and realizing idea of adaptive qos ; thirdly , author introduces the model of adaptive qos and discuss the realizing feasibility of the model ; fourthly , author analyses the technology that will be used in the model and emphasis on discussing the key protocol - snmp ; fifthly , the author proves the feasibility of the adaptive qos by realizing the model in the lan and the affectivity of the adaptive qos by analyzing the experimental results ; at last , the author put forwards the development of the svstem 本文首先介绍qos的基本原理和策略控制qos的完整模型与解决方案，在此基础上提出自适应qos基本原理和实现思想:然后介绍自适应qos的实现模型，并分析该模型的可行性;接着，提出自适应qos的实现技术细节，讨论实现方案中将使用到的技术，这种介绍方案中的关键协议一一snmp ;最后介绍在局域网环境中，该方案的实现情况，并通过试验数据对比，证明自适应qos的可行性和有效性，并提出本方案的技术展望。
