To upgrade our journal , we invite professors and associate professors from the chinese academy of sciences and famous universities to review the publications 《国外科技新书评介》 （月刊） 1986年创刊，由中国科学院文献情报中心主办。目前已编辑出版140期。
The author discusses impacts of network on theories and methods in library intellegence , challenges to existing theories and reform of management and operation , meanwhile showing the new situation of services in library and information services 摘要论述了网络化对图书情报学理论与方法的影响，探讨了对当前理论的挑战和管理与操作的重大变革，同时论述了网络化图书馆及情报中心服务的新局面。
Part 4 and 5 of this paper introduce mylibrary @ cas which i collaborate on with library of chinese academic of sciences , and discuss detailed database design , function design and technologies of realization . the key part is illustrated by flow chart and perl source code 在论文的第4 、 5部分，介绍了我和中国科学院文献情报中心合作的实际系统“中国科学院我的数字图书馆” ( mylibrary @ cas ) (实验系统) ，分别描述了系统的数据库设计方案、系统的功能设计和实现方法。
