Choosing for the bidding strategy for accessing to power networks , the paper analyzes the methods of sharing power costs and its influence of electricity price . the goal of the power market and the feature of the power plant in producing and selling were also considered . the bidding strategy modals were posed based on cost , forecast , contract and so on 在火力发电企业“竞价上网”中竞价策略选择方面，本文根据我国电力市场化的发展方向，结合电力企业生产及销售的特点，对发电成本的合理分摊及对电价的影响进行了深入的分析，提出了基于成本的竞价策略，基于预测模型的竞价策略，基于差价合约的竞价策略等三种主要的竞价策略模式。
