Based on the interface management theory newly arisen abroad , this thesis uses comparative method , quantitative method , qualitative method , quota analysis and case analysis to make a thorough research on interface management . questionnaires were completed by managers of the sample companies to collect data for the analysis , which reveals the causes of interface , establishes a systematic analyzing model for departmental interface barriers in technical innovation of enterprises 本文在参阅国内外大量文献的基础上,从研究我国企业技术创新的主要界面障碍着手,通过问卷调查进行数据的搜集,并应用对比分析法、定量分析法、定性分析法和实例分析对我国企业技术创新中主要的界面障碍及其产生的原因进行了详细的分析。
