• For transit passengers who require overnight accommodation due to unexpected conditions such as bad weather , mechanical difficulties with aircraft , lack of a connecting flight , etc . , the respective airline shall make arrangements for hotel lodging , and foreign affairs officers of the aviation police shall escort them
  符合过境乘客过夜住宿办法第二、三、四条规定，因航机故障，气候不良等因素必须停留过夜之过境旅客，经航空公司申请核准后，由航警局查验队外侨组会同航空公司派员护送至指定饭店，实施站外监护。
