Objective : to study the relationship between angle of tilted abutment and stress distribution of periodontal tissue , and todetermine the angle limit for fixed prosthesis 目的：探讨基牙牙周组织受力与其倾斜角度的关系，找出能够进行固定修复的基牙倾斜角度的极限值。
Results : the stress distribution in periodontaltissue kept balanced for the cause of fixed prosthesis of tilted abutment in a proper range , which will be good for periodontaltissue health 结果：在一定范围内对倾斜基牙进行固定修复，使其牙周组织受力分布趋于均匀，有利于牙周组织的健康。
Result complications included crown mobility , ceramic fracture , chronic gingisitis and food impaction , gingival discoloration , carries and acute pulpitis , masticatory pain , tooth mobility 结果：修复后出现的问题包括冠松动脱落、瓷崩、牙龈炎、食物嵌塞、牙龈变色、基牙继发龋、牙髓炎、咬合痛及基牙松动。
Results : there was no significant effect on the stress distribution in the supporting tissue according to the different numbers of abutments at the central occlusion , and there was an evenly stress distribution in the abutment and alveolar membrane of the area around the missing teeth 结果:基牙和人工牙在正中咬合时,基牙数目对支援组织的应力分布无明显影响,且基牙利牙槽幡顶黏膜的应力分布均匀。

Results : 1 ) under the same condition of loading , the stress and displacement of mesial occlusal rest design was smaller than that of distal occlusal rest design in abutment teeth and soft tissue under the base , however , the magnitude in the soft tissue under base was bigger . 2 ) when a distributed vertical load was applied to the artificial tooth abutment teeth regions , the stress distribution was similar to that of concentrated load in the artifitial tooth , and stress magnitudes were higher . 3 ) under the condition tested , the mesial occlusal rest design caused the stresses that were more in line with the long axes of the abutment teeth than did the distal occlusal rest design 结果： 1 )在同一加载条件下，近中（牙合）支托设计与远中（牙合）支托设计相比，基牙及基托下软组织的应力和位移值减小；基托下软组织的应力和位移值大于基牙； 2 )基牙及义齿整体加载时，各基牙应力分布规律与人工牙加载相同，但应力值增大； 3 )近中（牙合）支托设计使基牙受力更趋于轴向。
