A brief introduction is given to the treatment of the zeya dam foundation , principles of seepage control and design of the concrete face rockfill dam of the zeya reservoir . as for the excavation of the sand - gravel zones , except the toe slab and its 1 / 9 bottom width down stream , the alluvial layers are excavated to the micro - weathered rocks , while the other sections remain unexcavated . regarding to the treatment of the fracture zones , concrete filling is used for the toe slabs and semi - permeable materials are used for other section . according to the construction characteristics , a filter is placed in the down stream embankment foot . to improve the integrity of the dam foundation and anti - seepage capability consolidation grouting and curtain grouting are adopted . as a result safety , economic benefit , convenience in construction and good performace are achieved 简要论述泽雅水库面板堆石坝坝基处理和防渗的原则及设计要点.趾板基础和堆石体各区砂砾石基础开挖，除趾板与其下游1 / 9底宽范围以及坝脚挖除冲积层至弱风化(局部微风化)基岩外，其余部分均予以保留.断层破碎带处理，趾板部位采用混凝土塞，其它部位采用半透水料置换，并根据本工程特点在下游坝脚加设了反滤层.为提高坝基的整体性和防渗性能，对趾板进行了固结和帷幕灌浆.达到了安全、经济、便于施工的目的，运行情况良好，可为面板堆石坝的设计和研究提供参考与借鉴
Abstract : wind tunnel experiments were carried out to investigate the influence of wind direction on the wind pressure of proximite buildings . mean and fluctuating pressure coefficients on a high building , at sixteen different wind incidences and with one and two interfering buildings , were measured in the tests . this paper presents the characteristics of wind pressure on the building , which varies with the incident wind angle and with the numbers of adjacent buildins . due to the variation of wind angle and the interference effects , the complex feature of pressure distributions can be found on the downstream building surfaces for building group arrangement at certain angle of wind attack . some area of the interfered building for such configuration , in comparison with one single building ' s , may undergo very strong positive or negative pressures 文摘:通过风洞实验研究了风向对两个和三个邻近建筑风压分布的影响特性.实验结果给出了在不同风向角下,作用于受扰建筑上的平均和脉动风压系数.当受扰建筑处于下游位置时,建筑之间的干扰效应主要表现为遮挡影响,建筑物上的总体风压系数不是很大,但在建筑物表面上有时会产生局部较大的负压系数.另外,在某些风向角下由于受到上游分离气流的影响,在下游建筑的局部表面又会出现较大正压.这些结果可供建筑布置和结构设计时参考
