No matter what we want to pursue , whether it be mental well - being or material wealth , fame or true love , it depends on how we choose , as the world is wide and full of choices 无论我们希望追求什么，无论是精神财富还是物资财富，是名望还是真爱，都取决于我们如何选择，因为这个世界太广阔，充满了选择。
Because this world has come into existence due to the force of the thinking power of all the beings that exist on this planet . we wanted this place , so it exists , including the animals 因为这个世界的存在是由地球上所有众生的意念力量所造成的，因为我们都渴望这样的地方，所以它才存在，包括动物也一起存在。
We sacrifice all this because they make us so busy . the system in this planet makes us so busy : work from morning till night , work all the time , work weekends as well , and still don t have enough happiness 我们之所以会牺牲掉这些，只因为这个世界的系统让我们忙晕头了，我们日以继夜全年不停地忙碌工作着，连周末也不放过，但仍然没有得到应有的快乐。
The world exists only for the purpose of tying us down . all the pleasures , anger , grief and happiness in this world are there to test our confidence and courage , our attitude as great humans , and our faith in the tao 因为这个世界的存在，就是为了要绑我们，这个世界的喜怒哀乐，都是为了要考验我们的信心和勇气考验我们大丈夫的风度考验我们的道心。
This is how the world works : there are ups and downs . when we reach the downside , we have nothing ; we are poor , sick , and agonized . so , we turn to god and ask why we were born into such a life 因为这个世界是这样子循环：有上就有下，我们一无所有的时候，就是刚好我们循环到底下的时候，那时候我们就贫穷痛苦病苦，于是我们就问上帝，为什么我们生出来这个样子？
When suffering befalls us , we should remind ourselves that the buddha and jesus christ also had to endure a great deal , and so did many enlightened masters of the past and present . the more we practice spiritually , the greater will be our endurance 因为这个世界灰尘多而金钢少，所以才那么痛苦当我们遇到痛苦时，就要记得佛陀耶稣也很忍耐，很多过去和现在的明师也都非常忍耐。
That s why we follow the vegetarian policy . this world came into existence due to the force of the thinking power of all the beings that exist on this planet . we wanted this place , so it exists , including the animals 事实上，这世界是属于每一个众生的，包括动物在内，所以我们才要素食，因为这个世界的存在是由地球上所有生物包括动物在内的意念力量所造成的，我们曾经想要有这样的地方，所以它才存在。
This world is different from the western paradise in the sense that here , we have animals , bad people , good people , nervous people , calm people , happy people , and miserable people . it is a mixture of different atmospheres that makes it very difficult for us to practice with peace of mind in such a confused state . there are always many obstructions or bad influences distressing us 这个世界和极乐世界不同，因为这个世界有动物有坏人有好人有紧张的人有清净的人有快乐的人有痛苦的人，很多种气氛混在一起，我们处在这种混淆的状态中，很难安心修行，总是有很多的障碍或不好的气氛困扰我们，但是如果能专心修行的话，进步很快。
But you have to be loyal to the spouse in heaven ; this is most important because the spouse here can leave you at any time . if you become ugly , sick , old , or he meets someone better , like the karma loosens and he meets someone from a past life he feels better with , then youre doomed 因为这个世界的配偶随时都可能离开你，比方说你变丑了病了老了，或者他遇到一个更好的对象，譬如有时候你们两个人的因果淡了，他刚好又遇到一个跟他前世有缘的人，觉得更合得来，那你就完了。
However , there is something you must not forget : when we do something in this world , if we brag about it , most likely we will not succeed . if this is true for worldly deeds , then it is also right for us to keep our spiritual practice a secret . this world belongs to maya the king of illusion and its lackeys are everywhere ready to attack and hinder spiritual practitioners 不过有一件事也不能忘记，就是我们在这个世界做什么事，如果夸给人家听，等一下就好像会失败，做世界的工作也是这样，所以我们修行要保密也不错，因为这个世界是魔王illusion的世界，到处都是他们的部下，常常会攻击破坏修行的人，所以听说我们里面有宝藏有舒服有好好的感觉涅盘等等，他会想办法弄倒你，因为嫉妒心，他们自己不修不想修，他知道你修这个法门很好，他一定会攻击。
