It is important work for scientific researchers to improve utility ratio of solar energy , especially to improve conversion efficiency of solar cells , there are many ways which can be used to improve it , depositing antireflection films on solar cells is the most doable one , and can debase the cost of solar cells 提高太阳能的利用率,尤其是太阳电池的光电转化率是科研工作者研究的一个重要方向。对于提高太阳电池的光电转换效率的方法很多,但比较可行又能降低太阳电池成本的方法是在太阳电池表面形成一层减反射薄膜,以减少太阳电池表面对阳光的反射损失。
