While i was meditating on the inner light , a message constantly came from within that i should give my brother a call , and let him help me check the goods at the supermarket . he is the only brother in my family , and runs a motorcycle repair business in the old town 观光时，时时从内边传出讯息要给我的哥哥打一个电话，请他帮忙去超市看一下货，他是我家唯一的哥哥，在城里做摩托车修理的生意。
She bent down to pick some tomatoes or tofu , and because she was old , her spine gave her trouble and she felt a sharp pain . so she just shrieked , " ah . . . . " , the way you do when you see a mouse in the kitchen 有一位老太太去超市，走到放蕃茄或是豆腐之类的地方，她弯下腰想挑些蕃茄或豆腐什么的，但是因为年纪大了，就在她弯腰的时候，突然感到脊椎一阵剧痛，所以就尖叫了起来，就像你们在厨房看到老鼠一样。
I do not want to stop people cycling but i do want them to realise that the green halo hovering over their helmets does not put them in a special category of road users to whom no laws apply , any more than cycling to the supermarket gives them the right to shoplift with impunity 我无意阻止人们骑车，可我确实希望骑车族能够认识到，头盔上环绕的绿色光环，并不能让他们成为不用遵守交通法规的特殊群体，就像不能因为骑自行车去超市就有权偷东西而不受罚一样。

Due to the numerous miracles that have happened in my family after my initiation during the last two or three years , my mother and two younger sisters also have gotten initiated one after the other following my initiation . my second eldest sister and nephew have begun to practice the convenient method of meditation as well . on january 27 , 1999 , around 9 : 30 in the morning , i got up after meditation and put everything in order 是一位大陆宁夏的同修，由于我印心后家里时常出现大大小小的感应，我的母亲和两个妹妹也在我印心后的二三年内陆续印心，二姊与外甥也修了方便法，今天1999年1月27日上午9点30分我打坐完起床一切收拾好后，却不知为什么，总觉得打坐还不够，灵性上还没有吃饱的感觉，还想打坐，一边思考下午去超市看看我卖的素食还有多少，需不需要再上货，一边想再打坐一会儿全家同修都感觉到我今天很反常。
