By analyzing process steps , reliability model of the hydraulic system for the press is established , and reliability simulation of each step and the whole system is carried out by software matlab , then mthf of the system is figured out and key points of reliability are located , which has guiding significance for the operation and maintenance of the system 以工艺步骤为分析切入点，建立了橡胶压块机液压系统的可靠性模型，利用matlab对每个工步及整个系统进行了计算机仿真，求出系统的mtbf ，确定系统的可靠性关键点，对系统的使用和维护具有指导意义。
