113 . madam president , this council will go into its easter recess after the announcement of this year s budget and will not resume meeting until april , after the new financial year has commenced . immediately after the delivery of my budget speech , therefore , the secretary for financial services and the treasury will move the vote on account resolution in this council to seek funds on account , to enable the government to carry on existing services between the start of the new financial year and the enactment of the appropriation ordinance 113 .主席女士，由于今年在财政预算案公布后，立法会将在复活节期间休会，并于四月，即进入新财政年度后才复会，所以在我宣读完这份财政预算案后，财经事务及库务局局长随即会向立法会动议通过临时拨款决议案，申请临时拨款，以便政府能在新财政年度开始至拨款条例通过的一段期间继续提供各项现有服务。
