  根据对基于web的管理信息系统( mis )和旅游管理信息系统( tis )的发展现状、现有系统的缺陷、体系结构、各种实现技术、开发方法和设计步骤的研究，选择了“瘦”客户端跨平台的web的b s s三层分布式结构来构建整个系统。并利用目前较为成熟的asp + ado odbc的技术方案和嵌入asp页面执行的activex组件来实现系统的动态页面和各种扩展功能。
